Calligraphy Towers is a large mixed-use complex on Zhiuli Shartava Avenue (Heroes' Alley) in central Batumi, developed by Grand Maison. It comprises three high-rise towers — A (35 floors), B (45 floors) and C (40 floors) — joined by a three-level amenity stylobate, with roughly 850 apartments in total. Tower B was completed in 2023 and Tower A in 2024; Tower C is under construction with completion stated for Q4 2026. The complex sits opposite Batumi Stadium, a short walk from Lake Ardagani and the Dancing Fountains, roughly 0.5-1 km from the beach.
