Grand Maison is a Batumi-based investment and construction group operating in the premium residential segment of the Georgian coast. The group is structured as Grand Maison Group LLC, comprising Grand Maison Development, Grand Construction & Engineering, Grand Road Construction and Grand Investment Company, with activities spanning residential development, road and infrastructure construction, and building-materials production. Its flagship development is Calligraphy Towers, a three-tower premium complex of 35 to 45 storeys on Zhiuli Shartava Street near Batumi's New Boulevard, comprising approximately 850 apartments joined by a shared multi-level podium. The complex incorporates a Hampton by Hilton hotel within the Hilton Worldwide chain, alongside spa, fitness, cinema, conference and restaurant facilities.
