Alliance Centropolis is a $420 million multifunctional complex under construction on Rustaveli Avenue in central Batumi, on the first line about 50 meters from the sea. Developed by Alliance Group (operating since 2005; completed towers include Alliance Palace, 2019, and Alliance Privilege, 2023), it comprises three towers of roughly 48-55 floors on a shared stylobate. The project integrates the region's first World Trade Center exhibition hub, a Hyatt Centric Boulevard Batumi hotel, a shopping center, casino, cinema and about 10,000 m2 of recreational space. Apartments are sold in white-frame condition, from studios of about 29 m2 to three-room units up to 113 m2, with interest-free installment plans.
