Alliance Centropolis is a $420 million multifunctional complex under construction on Rustaveli Avenue in central Batumi, on the first line about 50 meters from the sea. Developed by Alliance Group (operating since 2005; completed towers include Alliance Palace, 2019, and Alliance Privilege, 2023), it comprises three towers of roughly 48-55 floors on a shared stylobate.
