Tower Group

Tower Group is a Batumi-based real estate development company operating on Georgia's Black Sea coast and in the country's mountain resorts. A subsidiary of the Georgian construction company Gza, it develops residential and mixed-use projects in Batumi, Kobuleti, Bakuriani and Ureki. Its flagship Batumi developments are Panorama, a two-tower, 40-storey seafront complex combining residences with a 5-star hotel under an international brand and scheduled for completion in 2026, and Piazza Residence, a premium residential project in the city's historic centre presented together with Alpha Architecture, whose design centres on the full restoration of a 119-year-old building recognised as a cultural heritage monument. Panorama has been named a winner at the International Property Awards in the Best Development Project category.
