Dreamland Development (Sak Tur Kurort LLC)

Sak Tur Kurort LLC, operating under the Dreamland Development brand, is a Georgian development company established in 2007 and based in Chakvi, a coastal resort town roughly nine kilometres north of Batumi. The company develops and operates Dreamland Oasis, a mixed-use seaside resort community on a site of more than 130,000 square metres between the Black Sea shoreline and Mtirala National Park. The master plan combines a resort hotel, aparthotel and residential apartments across some twenty buildings of three to eighteen storeys, built with monolithic-frame technology. Per korter.ge, the company manages the full project lifecycle in-house, from concept and construction through post-delivery operations. The first residential blocks were delivered in 2022, the operating resort component receives guests year-round, and subsequent phases are scheduled for completion through 2029.
