Orbi Group is a Georgian real estate development company founded in 1998 and headquartered in Batumi. The company builds hotel-type apartment complexes and residential developments, with projects in Batumi, Bakuriani, Tbilisi and Bakhmaro. Per korter.ge, Orbi Group has completed 14 projects and developed more than 3,000,000 square meters of real estate. Its portfolio includes Orbi Plaza, Orbi Boulevard, City Park and Orbi Old Batumi on the Black Sea coast, as well as Orbi Palace and Orbi Palace Deluxe in the Bakuriani mountain resort. The company's flagship development, Orbi City, is a three-tower aparthotel complex on Batumi's seafront; per the company, it comprises 10,800 rooms delivered between 2016 and 2020. Completed units are operated as serviced accommodation under the Orbi Hotels brand. Current developments include Orbi Continental in Batumi and Central Park Towers in Tbilisi.
