When will Building 15 be finished?

Current listings (korter.ge, July 2026) show Q1 2029 for the 27-floor Building 15; Building 12 is listed for Q4 2026-2027. Earlier sales materials had cited 2028, so confirm the contractual date and any delay provisions in writing.
