FK Development is a Georgian construction and development company headquartered in Batumi, with more than 22 years of experience in Georgia's construction and development sector, spanning government facilities, public infrastructure and hospitality projects. The company is the originator and developer of Batumi Island, a mixed-use destination on an artificial island off the Batumi coast planned around a 1,000-meter beach, recreational zones and an international university. Its flagship building on the island is the Tonino Lamborghini Tower Batumi, a 66-storey complex incorporating a 105-room hotel and 1,080 serviced apartments, developed under a brand partnership with the Italian house Tonino Lamborghini that was publicly unveiled in Batumi on 31 October 2025. The project engages international consultants including Arup for master planning, Yüksel Proje for structural design and Cushman & Wakefield for financial analysis, with completion scheduled for 2030.
