Ambassadori Group is a Georgian investment holding active in hospitality, retail, entertainment and real estate since 2004. Its portfolio includes the Ambassadori hotels in Tbilisi, Batumi, Kachreti and the Goderdzi ski resort, the Kachreti golf resort — Georgia's first golf course — and Keburia Winery. In real estate, the group is developing Ambassadori Batumi Island, an 84-hectare artificial island project on Batumi's Black Sea coast, described by the developer as the first artificial island on Georgia's coastline, with a stated investment of USD 3 billion. Construction began in 2021; the first 26-hectare western peninsula was commissioned by Georgian authorities in September 2025. International partners on the project include ARUP (master plan concept), SHoP Architects (twin-tower design), Yüksel Proje (engineering) and Colliers (development programming). Per korter.ge, completion of the current residential phase is scheduled for Q1 2029.
